About the Role:
You will be primarily responsible to lead, coach and develop a high performing team of Sales consultants, to ensure the achievement of high levels of sales, people, and customer satisfaction.

- Demonstrated previous management experience
- Has exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly adapt with changing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to generate a strong team culture and create strong relationships across the business.
- Excellent communication skills including listening and responding both verbally and in writing.
How will you support our “Why?”
- Lead, coach, develop and guide a team to achieve in all performance areas;
- Motivate and develop the team to actively retain customers and achieve (or exceed!) revenue targets;
- Lead and coach the team in the delivery of superior customer service and continue to build on the existing customer relationships;
- Manage the team, with delivery of customer satisfaction and revenue with timely and quality resolutions of customer inquiries;
- Data analysis in order to deliver improved levels of customer service and products;
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts, answer questions and assist with problem resolution.
