About the Role
We currently have a vacancy for an experienced IndependentAgriculture Products Distributor to cover the territory of Rockhampton Queensland. There will be opportunities for other territory's coming online shortly.
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Information gathering through customer visits and consulting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creating proposals and price negotiation
- Build solid and long-term client relationships
- Develop a strong understanding of the clients’ business goals and share technical and market information to enable clients to improve the performance and sustainability of their farming enterprises.
- You will maintain relationships with existing customers whilst targeting new clients through the provision of superior sales and agronomic input.
About You
As an integral part of the business you'll bring your strong work ethic along with a solid background in this field or similar position.
You must have:
- Previous sales and business background experience in the farming and agriculture sectors with evidenced rural sales achievements.
- Existing customers and contacts an advantage.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to undergo full product training.
