They have seen consistent double digit growth for a number of years and this will continue as they innovate and continue to target new areas of growth. A new opportunity has arisen in the Foodservice channel to manage Foodservice distributors nationally.
About the Role
- Lead a team of BDM's across the country
- Manage the key foodservice distributors viz Countrywide, NAFDA, Bidfoods, PFD, Superior etc on a national basis
- Drive your team to maximise results at state level with key distributors and key end users
- Develop targeted promotional activity, newline proposals, and manage spend.
- Develop strong relationships with key distributor decision makers at a National and state level
- Work cross functionally to ensure DIFOT levels are maintained
- Ensure the push/pull strategy is top of mind with your team
- Lead, coach and develop your team to maximise sales and profit results.
- You will lead the charge within the Foodservice channel and work across the business to reach your goals
About You
- You are a Foodservice professional with deep contacts across the Foodservice distributor landscape.
- You are potentially a State Foodservice Distributor manager ready to step up or operating at national level looking for a new challenge.
- You have proven people management skills and can lead from the front.
An attractive package including base, super, car allowance and bonus paid quarterly is on offer to attract quality candidates. This role is Sydney based.
