About the role
 
The position reports to the National Business Manager and is responsible for achieving sales objectives through the delivery of the business plan, managing a number of distributor and end-user Key Account customers.
 
Major responsibilities
 
  • Develop and execute the business plans and activities that deliver the financial objectives across the budgeted period.
  • Manage the day to day customer interaction and operational meetings
  • Negotiation and agreement of promotional opportunities maximizing investment return.
  • Continue to develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing team ensuring sales plans are executed within customer objectives.
  • Manage product availability through effective forecasting of requirements.
  • Presentation of products designed to extend distribution and gain new end user accounts
 
Experience required
 
  • Deep understanding of state based Foodservice Distributors
  • Experience in the development and ongoing management of end user Key Accounts
  • Passion for the development of the Foodservice industry
  • High level of commercial acumen
  • Outstanding communicator
  • Demonstrated success in implantation of customer business plans.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to planning and organising.
  • Passion for customer service whilst balancing business needs.
  • Motivated to exceed expectations and delight your customers.
  • Must be self-motivated, self-managed with an ability to work effectively remotely.
  • Technically capable across CRM systems and Microsoft Suite/Excel
