AddressMCFE is a Registered Training Organisation based in Melbourne and searching for a highly experienced, professional trainer to join our team to train Certificate III in Individual Support.
We have an increased demand and are looking recruit for classes starting in July 2024. Classes will be face-to-face and/or online via teams, with face-to-face skills sessions. The trainer will help coordinate placements and conduct workplace visits for our students.
All our assessments and learning content are on canvas, the learning management system, the right candidate will need to have strong computer skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
The right candidate will be passionate about providing learning solutions and will have experience training a broad range of students.
You will need to meet the minimum requirements:
- Certificate IV in training and assessment including recent upgrading
- Hold a Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or similar
- Current industry experience with minimum of 3 years experience in the Aged care industry as a PCA
- Current VET PD
- Current National police check
- Strong computer skills
- Be self-motivated, punctual, reliable and well-presented
- Own laptop for PowerPoint presentations and ability to use Team delivery mode
- Meet industry vaccination requirements at all times
- Ability to travel to classes and workplace visits for students, access to your own vehicle (vehicle allowance covered)
