We currently have many exciting opportunities with host employer Opal Healthcare for traineeships in Certificate III Individual Support
The Role:
- Assisting residents with Personal Care needs
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living
- Ensuring accurate and concise documentation in Care Planning
- Working under the direction of Registered Nurses and Senior Management
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Care and empathy for others
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate with residents, their families and other care providers.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to important policies and procedures in a care setting.
You will be required to work 38hours a week full time and complete the necessary training.
