Your new role
- Deliver the IR strategy, tailoring where necessary to meet the specific needs of a pillar or function
- Assist in the workplace reforms project including review of the framework, governance and policy review
- Undertake Industrial Relations analysis to assist in the implementation of Industrial Relations strategy
- Partner with leaders in enterprise agreement negotiations and ensure that enterprise agreement negotiation is conducted within the parameters of the company's Industrial Relations framework
- Provide support on Industrial Relations issues including disputes, grievances, union consultation and EA wage negotiations
