Your new role

As an Industrial Relations Manager you will report to the Head of IR & ER to support the negotiations of EBA's and assist with other IR strategies.

• Deliver the IR strategy, tailoring where necessary to meet the specific needs of a pillar or function

• Assist in the workplace reforms project including review of the framework, governance and policy review

• Undertake Industrial Relations analysis to assist in the implementation of Industrial Relations strategy

• Partner with leaders in enterprise agreement negotiations and ensure that enterprise agreement negotiation is conducted within the parameters of the company's Industrial Relations framework

• Provide support on Industrial Relations issues including disputes, grievances, union consultation and EA wage negotiations

What you'll need to succeed

You will demonstrate to have proven experience in a Industrial Relations role in a large organisation and have worked with multiple enterprise agreements; IR strategy and enterprise agreement negotiation process; dealt with different stakeholders; training and coaching; ability to work autonomously. Ideally you will have experience working with Unions.
