ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Increase business and account base from selective industries.
- Collaborate with management and the respective teams to develop sales account plans for strategic industries.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with strategic customers
- Address and resolve strategic customer complaints
- Act as the main point of contact between selective industry and internal teams
- Communicate and collaborate with service, sales, and operations teams to ensure that strategic customers' needs are met
- Compile reports on industry development progress, goals, and forecasts for management and key stakeholders
- Develop a thorough understanding of strategic customers' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions
- Negotiate contracts with strategic customers and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each customer's long-term goals
- Assist the Sales Team with closing business and driving revenue
- Develop trusted relationships with prospective customers and elevate within the company to senior management to drive desired outcomes
- Report on sales metrics and accurate forecasting directly to the management team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years Technical or product sales experience in selective industry;
- Experience in logistic automation, food machinery, general automation is highly preferred
- Conveyor belting industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalents);
