SalaryAs Influencer Marketing Assistant (intern) for Australia and New Zealand you will be responsible for supporting the manager of one of our largest customer acquisition channels. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the influencer marketing landscape in Australia and New Zealand, commercially minded and wanting to start their career in the Growth Marketing industry.

What you'll do
- Support the Manager by identifying and reaching out to suitable influencers and talent agencies to work across the HelloFresh Group
- Create briefs, approve content and own the content calendar. Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure scheduling live dates are met.
- Assist with weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and budgeting to ensure we reach our conversion and ROI targets
- Work closely with the finance team to complete the end-to-end invoicing process ● Be part of a broader Growth Partnerships team looking for ways to collaborate with other growth channels and campaigns
- Contribute to a positive and high energy team culture
- Currently studying or newly graduated with a Marketing or Communications degree ● Experienced user of all social media platforms where influencers operate (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, Twitch, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.)
- Immersed in the social media and influencer world, where you are on top of the latest trends and aware of key influencers in the industry
- Must be proficient in Excel, Gmail and Slack
- Creative and able to direct influencers to create engaging and standout content
- A fantastic relationship builder, as well as a contributor to a positive, high energy culture
- Organized and methodical at planning, executing on and reporting on a large volume of campaigns - using tools, trackers and dashboards to help yourself
- A fast learner and researcher to keep up to date with the local influencer marketing landscape
- Able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Proactive and motivated with a “continuous improvement” mindset as you suggest tools and process changes to make the channel more efficient and effective
