- Role: Information Management Administrator
- Location: Murdoch (parking provided)

- Starting: ASAP (yet willing to wait for someone on notice for the right candidate)

- Pay rate: $40 p/h + Super
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage daily EDRMS functions, including document checks, user group upkeep, help requests, and report administration.
- Provide front-line help desk support to EDRMS users, collaborating with vendors for system improvements.
- Efficiently administer EDRMS document templates and forms.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in EDRMS.
- Support evaluating and selecting new systems for ongoing Document Control and Records Management enhancements.
- Communicate system and process changes to stakeholders.
- Proactively engage information owners to promote EDRMS use for business information.
- Provide regular reports on system health.
- Maintain consistent quality control for documented information standards.
- Liaise with information owners to review collections and archive unnecessary documents.
- Stay informed about relevant Records & Information Management legislation.
- Ensure compliance with the company's Records and Information Management policies.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in Information Management/Records
- Experience in using and navigating complex systems
- Quick learning capabilities coupled with a proactive approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, emphasising attention to detail and proficient proofreading abilities
- Possess advanced word processing skills and a strong grasp of the MS Office suite of products (especially Excel, Word and SharePoint)
- Enjoy thinking analytically and solving problems creatively
