About the Position
Our Information Management team is focused on the management of Councils Information Assets. We provide customer service, training and support across the organisation to our internal and external customers.
Reporting to the Team Leader Information Management, this role will provide support to the team and organisation in relation to internal/external customer enquiries, management and support of Councils Information Assets and relevant business systems.

Key Selection Criteria:
- Experience in performing a high volume of operational activities in a team environment ensuring ongoing adherence to SLAs and customer-centric service delivery.
- Proven capability in maintaining a high level of confidentiality with respect to sensitive information handled by the Information Management Team and contained in corporate systems.
- Demonstrated commitment and passion to customer service and continuous improvement.
- Proven capability in operating autonomously and independently whilst also being an effective member within a team environment.
- Proven capability to collaborate and share accountability for operational activities with a team and ensure consistent customer-centric service delivery whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience in processing/managing high volume and at times, repetitive tasks with passion and a consistent quality focus.
