As an Information Officer, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing information, advice, and services to internal customers on information management.
- Applying privacy and security controls to sensitive information.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of processes related to information management.
- Identifying and addressing risks and issues related to information management.
- Training team members and customers on information management systems and procedures.
- Utilising digital skills to efficiently process incoming requests.
- Strong administration skills.
- Strong digital skills for processing and analysing information.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Some experience in records and/or procurement would be beneficial.
