Information Systems Officer (diverse/female/male)
Permanent – Full Time - Band 5 - $74,620 - $85,332 P/A + Super + RDO
Pyrenees Shire Council has a vacancy in its Information and Communication Technology Department for an Information Systems Officer. This permanent full-time position will report directly to the Manager Information Management and will be based at the Beaufort office.
The primary objective of the position is to provide efficient and effective administration, development and integration of Council’s Geographic Information System (GIS) and other information and communications technology (ICT) systems.
Applicants should have experience in the use of corporate GIS software, web mapping solutions and mobile mapping/data collection solutions. Tertiary qualification in GIS, Information Technology, spatial information management or similar and/or extensive experience is desirable.
