This is an exciting newly created role for an Infrastructure Deployment Manager for a 6 month contract with extensions based on performance.
The purpose of the Infrastructure Deployment Manager is to provide on-site support for vendor technicians and a point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders for site issues and escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of call for technicians onsite
- Unable to access venue.
- Hardware / connection issues
- Cable or Yagi on-site queries
- Liaise and follow up with internal stakeholder requests or escalations.
- Monitor iAuditor dashboard and address any sites tagged with a site or service fault.
- Quality check iAuditor inspections.
- Resolve any issues identified with iAuditor details i.e., mismatching serial / NTD details.
- Liaise and follow up with Telstra on internet service issues.
