Form of workLeading global infrastructure and workforce solutions company is recruiting a Legal Counsel position for an energetic and experienced corporate or commercial lawyer.
You will join a small team reporting directly to the General Counsel and will provide high level legal advice across a range of areas including finance, property, business development, supply, and procurement. In addition, you may touch on areas such as employment, Cosec, litigation, and some mergers and acquisition (M&A) work. They are in growth mode so likely for more M&A activity over the next year.
The ideal candidate will be at least 4 years + PQE and have general corporate and commercial contracts experience and need to be able to assimilate into a small team environment where you will be comfortable working independently. It is imperative that you demonstrate strong commercial acumen and be capable to be front line facing across a diverse range of stakeholders. The organisation is supportive of flexible/hybrid working arrangements.
