Work Health and Safety team! About the Role: As an Injury Management Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to manage workplace injuries. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of workplace injuries and workers compensation claims to facilitate a favourable outcome for all stakeholders and injured employees.

We have a hybrid working environment where you will be working from our Redfern office, as well as from home. This opportunity is permanent full time. Key Responsibilities: Proactively manage workplace injuries and Workers Compensation claims.

Provide advice and guidance to the HR team and managers to support best practice Injury Management and early return to work Conduct through reviews to develop a holistic and strategic case management plan for each claim. Monitor and analyse injury trends, providing insights for continuous improvement. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of Injury Management activities.

About You: The ideal candidate would be proactive and empathetic individual with a deep understanding of Injury Management. You'll be a self-starter with a customer centric approach with the ability to influence and problem solve with both internal and external stakeholders.

A degree qualification in Allied Health, WHS, Human Resources or a related field. Cert IV in WHS or equivalent (preferred). Demonstrated experience in injury and Workers Compensation claims management.
