- Analyse user feedback, injury & incident reports, and performance data to inform Injury Prevention program design & deployment and where targeted hot spot interventions are needed
- Identify innovative approaches to Injury prevention, while ensuring they are scalable within our context, and enable proof of concept trials with clear performance metrics to enable decisions to move to pilot and further to scale across BUs or GroupWide
- Develop, pilot and implement Injury Prevention programs and initiatives that target our key mechanisms for injury
- Develop training materials, conduct workshops, complete coaching etc to enable rollout of Injury Prevention programs
- Work with our data analysts or as the lead to complete detailed analysis of Early intervention data, first aid and recordable data etc to enable insights into improvements in Injury Prevention programs
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in Injury Prevention research
- At least 4 years work experience, ideally within Retail, warehousing or similar fast paced environment
- Ideally a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a health related field (e.g. Occ. Therapy, Physio, exercise physiology) and/or safety degree
- Experience developing and implementing intervention plans across large organisations
- Experience with ergonomic assessment methodologies
- Ability to Initiate, formulate, and develop multi-disciplinary/stakeholder projects to reduce high frequency injuries
- Strong understanding of safety principles and practices
