Our client, in the commercial sector is seeking a Project Administratorto join their team based in inner south suburb of Canberra.

The Projects Administrator collaborates closely with the entire Projects Team to offer support for the broader functions of the business unit. You will assist internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of top-notch service and meeting crucial deadlines for the seamless and efficient execution of all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in capturing meeting minutes, preparing correspondence and managing calendars.
• Liaise with Project Managers to track project progress.
• Preparing and generating status reports for Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and reviewing construction contracts.
• Handle electronic filing, database management, and coding of invoices.
• Manage inductions via the online system.
