We are currently seeking an Injury Services Officer to join theClaims Performance team on a full-time, term basis.
Job Description:
The Injury Services Officer will contribute to the developmentand implementation of strategies to enhance Injury Services forinjured road users in the Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Scheme. Therole will also be responsible for monitoring CTP Insurer claimsmanagement performance against the CTP Regulator Rules and InjuryRecovery and Early Intervention Framework. Another area ofresponsibility will be to coordinate the Motor Accident InjuryAccreditation Scheme (MAIAS), oversee the accreditation of medicalpractitioners to undertake medical assessments and manage a qualityassurance program.
About you:
You have experience in developing and implementing strategies tosupport injury recovery for injured people, providing technicalsupport on injury recovery enquiries, and executing strategic planactivities. You will also be experienced in liaising with a varietyof stakeholders, including medical professionals, and buildingstrong working relationships. You will have some experience withmonitoring key performance metrics through analysis and qualityassurance programs, as well as identifying improvementopportunities.

Salary Range:
Administrative Services Officer, Level 6 (ASO6 $97,022 -$102,626).
