We are currently seeking an Injury Services Officer to join the Claims Performance team on a full-time, term basis.
Job Description:
The Injury Services Officer will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance Injury Services for injured road users in the Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Scheme. The role will also be responsible for monitoring CTP Insurer claims management performance against the CTP Regulator Rules and Injury Recovery and Early Intervention Framework. Another area of responsibility will be to coordinate the Motor Accident Injury Accreditation Scheme (MAIAS), oversee the accreditation of medical practitioners to undertake medical assessments and manage a quality assurance program.
About you:
You have experience in developing and implementing strategies to support injury recovery for injured people, providing technical support on injury recovery enquiries, and executing strategic plan activities. You will also be experienced in liaising with a variety of stakeholders, including medical professionals, and building strong working relationships. You will have some experience with monitoring key performance metrics through analysis and quality assurance programs, as well as identifying improvement opportunities.

Salary Range:
Administrative Services Officer, Level 6/7 (ASO6 $97,022 to ASO7 $115,137 p.a.)
