This Opportunity
As our Innovation Practice Manager, you have an exciting opportunity to work across the organisation to reinvent the way we approach and deliver innovation at TasWater!
You will be accountable for;
Leading the strategic development and implementation of TasWater’s approach to Innovation, including processes, practices and decision frameworks.
Working with our executive team, senior leaders, and key stakeholders, to build our innovation capability and ensure purposeful investment in step-change ideas and concepts
Leading the development of a purposeful innovation mindset within the organisation including spearheading design challenges, innovation pilots and other activities
Coordinating external horizon scanning and fostering external relationships to ensure TasWater stays abreast of industry challenges and trends with regard to innovation.
The Details
This is a permanent position, offering full time hours, as well as flexible start and finish times.
This position can work from primary sites in Hobart, Launceston or Devonport, as well as remote locations and home-based setups.
This role is available statewide and attracts a salary circa $160k (inclusive of superannuation) dependent on experience.
