Account Manager – Inside Sales – Expression of Interest

About the role
Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking ambitious and driven Account Managers to join our Inbound Sales Team on a permanent basis. – Inside Sales to join our Sales team. We have positions available in Melbourne and Brisbane.
This is a key strategic priority for Team Global Express. You will be joining the organisation during an exciting growth phase, we’re on a journey of winning market share through building strong relationships with new customers and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you’ll do
·Provide exceptional customer service through all inbound channels·Manage high volume inbound calls and LiveChat enquiries
·Manage high volume email and online enquiries
·All inbound duties are performed on a rotating roster
·Identify new business opportunities from all inbound channels and refer to the appropriate team for follow up
·Recognise opportunities to up sell to customers at the first point of contact.
·Play an active role in the Inside Sales Team.
·Foster and maintain strong working relationships with management, your peers and other departments

An exciting opportunity is available for an eager Account Manager to join our Inside Sales Team on a permanent basis.The role of the Account Manager is to support all of our Inbound channels to provide an excellent customer experience whilst having a key focus on growing our business. These channels may include phone, email, LiveChat and online enquiries. A good mix of being a hunter and a farmer with a slant towards hunting will see you succeed in this role.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to establish rapport and build business relationships across multiple layers within each customer.
- High level consultative selling and negotiation skills to both existing and new customers.
- Strong customer centric approach
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Broad business and commercial experience and knowledge.
- Organisation and time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- High level presentation skills.
- Budget management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability and comprehension.
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.
