Our Graduates hold all types of degrees and bring diverse skills and knowledge to our business. As a Graduate in the Human Resources Stream, you'll have the opportunity to learn how our Human Resources team partners with our business leaders to deliver on our People Strategy.
You could be involved in anything from supporting our performance and talent evaluation processes, introducing new learning and training initiatives, helping managers and employees utilise Workday, or accompanying our HR Business Partners with all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This will give you the chance to broaden your experience, while building a strong professional network that will help you to fast track your success as a future leader at Qantas.

To be eligible to apply to our 2024/25 cohort, you must –
- Be in your final year of study or; you have completed an undergraduate degree or postgraduate study with a Major in Human Resources or similar in the last 2 years
- Maintained a credit average or above
- Be able to commence full time employment with Qantas in August 2024 or February 2025
- Be a Permanent Resident, Australian/NZ citizen or who have the right to work full time without restriction at the point of application
