We specialise in providing a comprehensive list of insurance products and services tailored to both personal and commercial needs. Currently, we are actively seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.
In this role, you will assume the responsibility of establishing a robust client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities. Your duties will include delivering expert advice and tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients while fostering enduring relationships with insurers and stakeholders.
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of three years of experience as an Account Manager within the insurance industry (preferred, though not mandatory)
- Relevant qualifications in insurance or a related field
- Current Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation (arrangements can be made for exceptional candidates)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive and positive attitude coupled with a willingness to learn and grow
- A proven track record of Commision only sales (if candidate has no previous Insurance experience)
