About the role

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Insurance Consultantto join our National Insurance Services team based in Southport, Gold Coast. This role is a full-timepermanent position. Reporting to the National Insurance Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our body corporate clients’ annual insurance renewals.

Objectives

• Developing a strong understanding of the insurance renewals workflow and managing your own portfolio.
• Controlling the renewals process for your portfolio through to completion.
  Creating and building relationships with Strata Managers, Committee Members and Insurance Brokers.
• Using your administration experience to make the insurance renewal process a seamless operation for all stakeholders.

About you

• Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the insurance or strata industry, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest!
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thinking outside the box!
• You can collaborate with others knowing that “relationships matter”.
• If you want to be the “glue” for our tribe and are a genuinely a nice person who is always willing to pitch in when the chips are down, then we will consider you!
