Integration Application Support Officer, Queensland Health

The role:The Integration Application Support Officer will assist in the development of end user products and materials including end user training guides, instruction manuals, online training modules and job aids to facilitate effective, consistent and informative client service delivery. In addition to this you will be responsible for:  Perform ongoing evaluation and assessment of the standard operating procedures quality and effectiveness modifying material where required. Prepare the software requirements specifications, systems design, support and procedural documentation to ensure critical intellectual property is captured and is able to be maintained. Identify and document interface specifications that will allow integration partners to understand and leverage interfaces to key systems and applications. Work with key stakeholders to identify, analyse and document technical process and requirements. Manage assigned product delivery to an agreed schedule that typically involves a consultation with a large amount of key subject matter experts, team members, external governance groups and offsite stakeholders. Participate in formal change and problem management practices by developing, troubleshooting, configuration management, testing, validation, and documentation of all changes in responsibility area. Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
