This role is a blend of responsibilities including Cleaner, Cleaner Supervisor, and Scheduling & Admin functions, making it a crucial part of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks meticulously to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Supervise and support cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to our satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive training to new team members on cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and promptly address any concerns.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and assignments, optimizing productivity and client satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients to accommodate scheduling needs, address feedback, and fulfill special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, client interactions, and inventory levels.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services, with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, enabling effective multitasking and prioritization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with staff and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding cleanliness standards and client satisfaction.
- Flexibility to start work early between 6:30 and 7:00 AM.
