Form of workBluestone is partnered with a leading High-end Residential builder who are looking to add an Interior Design Manager to the business. This leading custom brand deliver new homes ranging from $2 - $15 MIL across Bayside & Peninsula regions.
Projects are a mix of In-house Design Construct as well as architecturally designed homes. The Role: Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for: Training, Mentorship & Development of Interior Design staff Deliver industry leading Interior Design experience for client base Achieve high quality design outcomes that are 'on trend' Lead the continuous development of the Design Studio/Sample room
About You: Ideally you are an experienced Interior Designer with a strong track record in the Residential sector.
