About the Role
Join our dynamic team as the Internal Comms and Engagement Manager, a pivotal role within our organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of OD&C, you will partner closely with leaders cross the business to deliver on our internal communications and employee engagement strategies.
You will lead the improvement and development of a range of communication channels and create moments that matter at Grill’d to align people to our purpose and organisational strategy.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and manage the content plan for internal communication to support the Grill’d strategy
- Manage internal communications projects alongside stakeholders
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communication channels
- Plan, execute and manage the Grill’d employee engagement program
- Manage leadership engagement activities to connect employees to our leaders
- Design and deliver workshops to build capability in communication, and enable our leaders to run engagement action workshops
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience of internal communications, preferably gained in a medium to large sized organisation, with a dispersed population
- Understanding of the employee experience, with a focus on engagement and culture
- Proven ability to sell ideas and craft compelling narratives
- In-depth knowledge of the internal communications industry, including trends, tools, and techniques driving improved engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in workshop and event design
- Ability to cultivate professional relationships at all levels, balancing the needs of various stakeholders
