Jewish Care Victoria, is a not-for-profit organisation and is one of the largest providers of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria and has been servicing the community for 175 years. What you will do
- Ensuring the highest level of resident experience is achieved from initial enquiry through to admission at all residential care sites.
- Be responsive to existing and emerging market trends by building a Business Development strategy that can adjust to occupancy fluctuations and develop workplans to meet targets.
- Oversee the management of marketing projects and engage with external and internal stakeholders and community representatives to identify and maximise opportunities.
- Oversea the efficient and timely management of the residential wait list. Ensure that all enquiries and leads receive an outstanding experience, and all engagement and interactions exceed expectations
- Develop and oversee a proactive market research strategy including competitor analysis and emerging and existing value propositions.
- Ensure the effective implementation and management of Jewish Care’s Client Relationship Management System (CRM) and provide a reporting suite of KPIs that inform the ability to adjust strategy and focus.
- Ensuring that all contract documentation and approvals meet regulatory standards and regularly audit compliance.
You will bring
- Demonstrated skills in engaging people.
- Demonstrated ability to work in the Aged Care environment by understanding the needs of future residents and the important people in their lives
- Proven proficiency in the use and application of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detailed knowledge of the Aged Care sector, its current state and trends
- Experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of: Fee Contributions, RAD & DAPS and means testing in the Aged Care sector.
- An understanding of the Aged Care Sector's guidelines and legislation
- Customer service background
