We are currently seeking a Internal Recruitment Consultant for a NFP organisation based in the Blacktown to Penrith Area.
This role is fulltime and will require regional travel to visit other sites across NSW.
You will be working within a HR team and completing the day to day recruitment function for their 6 site operations
To be successful in this role you must have the following to be considered;
- Min 3 years in a recruitment role involving healthcare
- Recruit at a fast paced
- Experience placing adverts as per PD
- Shortlisting applicants and organising interviews
- Experience in working with candidates to obtain relevant qualifications
- Experience processing background checks WWCC & Police Checks
- Reference Checking
- Organising contracts and start dates
- Ability to priorities and multitask is essential
- Current Drivers license
- Be able obtain a WWCC check
- Be able obtain a National Police Check
