Working closely with Key Account Managers, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing product information as well as undertaking a variety of administrative support duties. Help grow the existing portfolio while bringing in new business.
With customer service as a key objective, the successful candidate will be someone who goes above and beyond to exceed customer’s expectations while maximising sales in a team-oriented environment.

- Outbound calls and arrangement of meetings with Account Management team
- Handling inbound inquiries – calls, emails and webchat
- Process quotations and sales orders
- Lead generation & cold calling
- Data entry and other administrative ad hoc duties
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Internal Sales and customer service role.
- Previous experience in processing orders in a fast-paced environment is desirable
- Experience in calendar and booking management.
- Experience in cold calling & telemarketing to a range of different customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel
- Great team player. Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
