Your duties and responsibilities:
• Promotion and Upselling: Seize opportunities to promote and upsell products to our walk-in customers, ensuring they leave with exactly what they need and more.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver top-notch customer service through the service desk, inbound calls, and emails. Your responsiveness and expertise will leave a lasting impression.
• Quoting and Sales Orders: Handle quoting and finalize sales orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Supporting External Sales: Collaborate with our external sales team by providing product information and availability, contributing to seamless customer experiences.
• Invoicing and Cash Handling: Handle invoicing and cash transactions with care and attention to detail.
• Logistics and Tracking: Manage product logistics and tracking, ensuring customers are well-informed about the status of their orders.
• Customer Escalations Resolution: Handle customer escalations with professionalism and finesse, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Tackle a range of general duties that arise to support the branch effectively.
