Due to recent growth in the company, we are looking for a professional in Internal Sales and Office Admin to join our team. Acting as the right hand to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing high level of support along with working on key projects.
Responsibilities
- Diary and email management
- Data entry
- Handling sales enquiries
- Preparation and follow up of quote and tender document
- Book keeping and payment
- Stakeholder engagement across project
- Organise and attend meetings (nation wide), preparing detailed and accurate minutes.
- Coordinate the workflow and documents
- Manage bookings for business trips
- Errands
About you
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong written and verbal communicator
- High level of attention to detail
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Experience in Xero preffered
- Australian driving licence is essential
