Internal Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and committed individual with previous experience in Sales or Sales Administration/Coordination. You will work within our small sales team and report directly to the General Manager.
You will be an energetic and fit individual, willing to take ownership of day-to-day activities of Sales and Administrative functions, including working with our International Operations and Production Team, being involved with Inside Sales/Customer Service and general Admin work, and assisting existing staff and the General Manager, in a cheerful, helpful manner.
Sales Coordination Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and distribute incoming sales inquiries.
- Process incoming purchase and sales orders.
- Liaise with our International Operations and Production Team.
- Oversee and assist with sales projects and monitor conversion success.
- Monitor and report on the Sales Team’s monthly progress.
Inside Sales/Customer Service responsibilities Include:
- Inbound/Outbound sales calls.
- Updating forecasts and database records.
- Customer service and assistance.
- Sending sample packs/brochures (by post & email).
- Email quotes and ensure price lists are current.
- Focus on Key Client support.
Admin Responsibilities Include:
- Raise consignment notes for daily orders as required
- Raise invoice/packing slips when required.
- General admin assistance as & when required.
The successful candidate must have proven experience in sales, experience as a Sales Coordinator and or in other administrative roles, consistent with the role. The role will require you to demonstrate initiative and high energy with a can-do attitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good knowledge of computer skills is essential, such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Teams - MYOB and ACT (CRM program) would be a bonus. Flexible working hours/days may be considered for the right person, as the intention of this role, is a full time office placement
