Our client, operating for well over a century, is one of the world's largest suppliers of mechanical power transmission and chain products. They provide engineering solutions for industry - total drive packages, covering the whole spectrum of mechanical and hydraulics power transmission.
About the role
Due to their continued growth and success, they require the services of an experienced Customer Service person to join their team based in the western suburbs of Sydney.
In this dynamic, fast paced and highly challenging role, you will be charged with the following:

• Providing Customer Service over the phone and face to face
• Liaising with the sales team regarding stock and deliveries
• Receiving and dispatching stock to assist
• Picking and packing orders to assist
• Participating in stocktakes

Skills & experience
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you must possess the following key attributes:

• Previous Customer Service experience within an industrial environment
• The ability to build rapport with people at all levels both internally and externally.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
• A desire to continually learn and develop yourself.
• A Forklift licence would be ideal but not essential.
