Wine Hop And Coastal Tours Pty Ltd, based in Mornington, seek an experienced Internal Sales Manager to look after 5 office staff but to also works with the operations manager to assist in managing 30 plus tour guides.

You will need to open and close tours to the best possible financial outcome for the business.
You will also need to manage bus compliance registries in line with bus safety Victorias audit requirements.
You must be hands on and have or be willing to obtain a heavy rigid drivers license.
At times you will need to run buses around town and into the city and also be on top of all mechanical scheduling for services and compliance deadlines with our mechanic. You will also need to have basis computer skills and abilities to work internal portals and you must have an ability to identify number movements and trends within our portal.
You must also have excellent people skills to manage our office staff and guides.
This is a sales job with a difference.
Due to business growth we now require an Internal Sales Manager to work with our existing operations manager.

Your days of work are Tuesday to Saturday however Saturday is work from home. Saturday is a very flexible working day and will be discussed at interview stage.
