Proactive Safety are seeking an Internal Sales / Admin Person to join our team in Minchinbury.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Generating sales leads via direct contact with existing clients and using online tender subscription software
- Tracking of all pending quote requests and regular liaison with estimating team to ensure timely submission
- Regular follow up of all outstanding quotes
- General Office Administration
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as instructed by management
Successful candidate will need the following skills and knowledge:
- Previous experience in an fast paced office environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail
- Extremely organised
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous sales or Office Administration experience preferred
