About your new role
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Keep up to date with products and services and competitor offering
- Research and develop new sales opportunities
- Provide reporting as required
- Set up of appointments for the Customer Partnership Managers
- Enthusiastic and professional phone manner
- Excellent active listening skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible, motivated and a self-starter
- Strong computer skills, specifically in Outlook and Excel
- Previous customer care and sales experience
