They are seeking a diligent Internal Sales Support Person to join their team in Emu Plains on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will assist the Customer Service Supervisor in all areas, including but not limited to:
- Processing sales orders
- Actioning customer queries
- Actioning back orders
- Forwarding quotations
- Maintaining the supply of stationary/brochures
- Administering paperwork
- Taking incoming customer calls
- Liaising with finance and warehouse regarding orders
- Assembling credit claim data for validation
The right candidate will be professional, proactive and possess the following skills and attributes:
- 6-12 months office experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills ad telephone manner
- Computer savviness (data-entry, typing and MS Office skills)
- Ability to multi-task
Non-essential, but highly regarded qualities:
- Previous experience in sales and customer service, manufacturing or construction
- Database management skills
