About the RoleIn this role, you'll be instrumental in driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service within the bustling QLD market. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Initiate and maintain proactive communication with clients via phone and email to identify sales opportunities and foster long-term relationships.
- Tailor product solutions to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, overseeing the entire sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.
- Provide comprehensive product information, pricing details, and ongoing support to clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategise and execute initiatives aimed at achieving sales targets and exceeding goals.
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
About you- Proven success in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment, showcasing exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of sales activities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales initiatives, demonstrating initiative and drive.
- Knowledge of consumable products or related industries is advantageous.
- Must be located within a reasonable commute to East Brisbane.
