The primary focus of the Intranet Change Analyst is to support the effective implementation of the content streams of work and related change activities of our global intranet project. This may include education and awareness activities, stakeholder coordination, end user communications, content creation and tracking project deliverables. In addition, the successful applicant will be highly organised and driven, working closely with the Product Owner and Change Manager in managing the change and engagement related activities across the project.

You will:

  • Develop strong relationships with project and business stakeholders to enhance project delivery and to ensure we deliver our project at a high quality and within set timeframes.

  • Work collaboratively with all business stakeholders to ensure they’re informed and tracking to agreed project milestones.

  • Support change activities through communications, user education and support. 

  • Manage assigned project activities in accordance with the project schedule.

This role is responsible for:

  • Supporting the change and content streams to deliver the project deliverables and deliver work within agreed timeframes.

  • Provide strong support across the project in terms of project coordination and support.

  • Authentically collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g., content owners, change stakeholders, business leads, impacted end-users) and within the project team. Draw on a diverse range of people, groups and resources to identify new or improved opportunities, processes and ways of doing things to enhance or deliver organisational strategy through project implementation.

  • Facilitating workshops and delivering briefing sessions to small and large audiences

  • Building relationships and educating stakeholders on the changes 

  • Consult a diverse range of stakeholders and experts, not immediately involved, to gain a broader and deeper understanding of a specific issue and/or organisational change readiness

  • Challenge existing processes by formulating creative and inclusive alternative solutions and benefits


Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 Role Type: 6-month Fixed Term opportunity Schedule: Full Time

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a project team in a large complex organisation, ideally delivering intranet or content related projects.

  • A strong ability to work through periods of ambiguity. A great deal of initiative, resourcefulness, and sense of ownership to deliver great outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making ability.
  • Pragmatic skills and sound change management principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels.
  • An ability to understand the bigger picture and map end-to-end business processes.
  • Proficient in the M365 suite predominantly Excel, SharePoint - to document and track project tasks and deliverables effectively.
  • Passionate and optimistic – anything is possible!
  • Exposure working within agile environments, with emphasis on design thinking and human-centred design principles.
  • Financial services industry experience and experience working across a mix of business, process and technical changes will be a plus.
