Private Equity firm based in Sydney. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for identifying potential investment prospects and supporting investment decisions. What you'll do:As an
Investment Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's portfolio. Your main responsibility will be to utilise your advanced financial analysis and modelling skills to support investment decisions and deal execution. You will also undertake comprehensive industry research and analysis to identify potential investment prospects. In addition, you will support the investment director and MD's in preparing detailed investment memos and presentations for the investment committee. You will also have the opportunity to support portfolio companies with their strategic projects and growth strategies, providing valuable insights and guidance.

What you bring:The ideal candidate for this
Investment Associate role brings sound experience from big 4 Transaction Services/M&A, investment banking, or management consulting. With 2-6 years of experience under your belt, you have refined your transactional expertise and developed advanced financial modelling and analytical skills. Your excellent communication skills enable you to articulate complex financial concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing. Furthermore, your strong commercial acumen allows you to make sound business decisions that drive growth.
- 2-6 years experience within a big 4 corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting role
- Strong transactional experience
