A growing Managed Service Provider headquartered in Melbourne CBD requires a Desktop Support Technician to join its IT Operations team for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP. Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
Providing 1st & 2nd level onsite and remote IT support for multiple clients.
Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve high level IT issues escalated from the Service Desk.
Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
Collaborating with Senior Engineers, SMEs and Team Leaders on support issues.
Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
Demonstrated experience in providing level 1 & 2 IT support both onsite and remote.
Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Network troubleshooting.
Experience with Intune and / or SCCM is preferred.
Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is advantageous.
A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, ITIL, VMware, Veeam and Cisco certifications are beneficial.
A current driver’s license and vehicle.
Australian Citizenship.
