We are looking for someone who what at least 2 years of L1 helpdesk experience with some L2 exposure and is now ready to step-up into a full L2 role.
You’ll need to be very self-motivated and keen work in a fast paced, stimulating, and challenging corporate environment. With strong organisational skills and customer service focus, you will be helping to support our employees nationally - typically singlehandedly for second line enquiries.
Having a keen interest, or some experience with, IT security work would be a great benefit as this role will take on more of this over time.

Salary: up to $85K package (including super), depending on experience
Duties will include:
- Resolving level 2 issues
- Manage and administer Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID [formerly Azure Active Directory]
- Supporting Microsoft environment, addressing technical needs and challenges
- IT hardware (staff laptops) and software installations
- Deploying Microsoft Intune/autopilot for Windows MDM, and Jamf for Apple devices
- Providing L2 support to DWS Group staff nationally
- Managing the new starter and leaver IT processes
- Organising and coordinating building security access
- Escalating to 3rd line support as required
- Other tasks as allocated by Head of IT or Executive team
Ideal Applicant:
- Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of 1st line IT Helpdesk experience with some L2 exposure
- Knowledge of various Windows desktop and server platforms, Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, Teams (including teams calling)
- Preferably experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Azure, Intune and Networking (Firewall, Routers, switches VPN technologies)
- Excellent communication skills
- A customer focused 'Can Do' attitude
- The ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for IT
