What you’ll be doing:
As Manager, IT Infrastructure & Service Management, you will lead a team of skilled resources and partner vendors to deliver platforms and services to the business. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with various business and IT stakeholders, and managing outsourced partners to ensure high service levels.
You’ll be great in this role if you have:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field or equivalent experience
10+ years of IT experience
Experience in transformation especially from on-prem to cloud
Ability to develop long-term strategies that align with business goals
Proven track record in successfully managing large scale transformation projects from inception to completion
Strong background in team management
Proven ability to work within large complex enterprise environments
Demonstrated success in working within large, multi-business unit organizations
Strong Experience in managing and partnering with outsourced service providers and vendors
Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements, such as PCI or ISO
Desirable but not essential:
Qualifications/certifications in ITIL
Experience in security technologies and practices
Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $5 million
Demonstrate experience in handling and resolving critical outages swiftly and efficiently
Background in designing and implementing infrastructure architectures
Engagement and management of complex vendor license agreements with major providers such as Microsoft and Oracle
