AddressOur Eagle Farm Head Office ICT team supports our national group of companies, with our ICT Infrastructure team responsible for providing Information Technology support and management services for all computer networks and systems infrastructure.
The Role: Our Infrastructure Manager will provide exceptional technical support to the organisation and work closely with business leaders, users and vendors to deliver excellent results including:
- Lead and oversee the current and future direction, strategy, architecture, design of all ICT Infrastructure
- Provide support and maintenance for all infrastructure environments maximizing uptime and availability for the business.
- Minimise the cyber security risk to the company and provide guidance to the CIO and board on current threats.
- Proven capability in mentoring, developing, empowering and leading teams to success
- Experience in architecting technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of asset and data management.
- Experience in supporting ICT with OT integrations and systems.
- Expertise in cybersecurity and risk management.
- Leadership and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Collaboration and diplomacy with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
