The role is responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of IT operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to internal stakeholders and staff. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong leadership skills to effectively manage IT infrastructure and outsource partners to drive service excellence.
o Lead the management and optimization of all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.
o Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
o Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems to minimize downtime and resolve issues promptly.
o Act as the primary escalation point of contact for internal users and key stakeholders, ensuring their IT service needs are met and exceeded.
o Define and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) to guarantee timely delivery of services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
o Conduct regular service reviews with IT outsource partners and suppliers to assess performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
o Lead service improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, responsiveness, and overall customer experience.
o Manage a small team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth and development.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners.
