It Project Administrator

Cathara Consulting is an Australian-based Consulting firm specialising in Business Transformations and Technology Consulting & Resourcing Services.

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Administrator to work with our client. The successful candidate will be working within asset management, software licensing and project budgeting and administration for their ICT team. This exciting opportunity is for a period of 12-months initially.

Duties:

• Manage and maintain the Asset Management System for all project, asset, contract, purchasing and invoicing requirements
• Ensure all ICT purchases comply with corporate directions and/or contractual requirements and ensure budget provision for all goods/services prior to being procured
• Manage and maintain a software licence register and ensure all ICT software licences are renewed in accordance with software licencing agreements and in a timely manner
• Monitor the budget and expenditure and prepare end-of-month/end-of-year reporting including accruals, prepayments.
• Provide a centralised and timely invoice processing function including investigation and resolution of queries in liaison with internal and external clients 

Skills and Experience

• Experience in supporting procurement, asset management and software licensing activities.
• Experience in preparing procurement documentation with attention to detail
• Demonstrated high level of corporate information systems and reporting computer applications including standard Microsoft office applications (Word and Excel)
• Proven organisation skills including time management, ability to meet critical deadlines, show adaptability and flexibility, and manage stress in an environment of continuous improvement and change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You will need to provide a clean police clearance and be able to reside in Darwin for the duration of the contract.
