With the Commonwealth Games set in sight, a talented IT Project Coordinator is required to join our high functioning team.
Oversee & synchronise all assigned IT projects of low to moderate complexity!
The role:
Reporting to the IT PM, the IT Project Coordinator works as part of a delivery team in a central IT department, collaboratively working with vendors & stakeholders to transform the V/Line business.
This professional position requires the ability to prepare comprehensive action plans, resource plans, timeframes & budgets for application & cloud development projects on a timely basis.
As agreed with the Program Manager, either Waterfall or Agile methodology will be used to appropriately manage the process.
About you:
· Proven experience in a similar role, coordinating IT project tasks at an enterprise level
· The ability to manage project resources and schedules
· SharePoint document management skills
· Understanding of SDLC, SCRUM, Agile/Waterfall methodologies
· Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
· Proven stakeholder management with the ability to communicate at all levels
· Demonstrated alignment to V/Line’s values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership and human rights.
